/Summary
The Warehouse Manager is committed to providing the highest quality of service to the communities, customers, and employees we serve by coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse. The position also support Purchasing in the Alaska Market as well as various project management responsibilities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all warehouse inventory and maintain database accordingly for all Fastwyre locations in the Alaska Market.
Coordinate and schedule the movement of equipment throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment.
Return faulty equipment back to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
Prepare and issue equipment for the Outside Operations department.
Prepare and ship/deliver equipment to outlying offices, as needed.
Operate Forklift, as needed.
Confirm availability of equipment by verifying inventory records and/or conducting inventory of required items.
Coordinate and monitor the inflow and outflow of all equipment within the warehouse.
Purchase warehouse/inventory items following PO process/manage PO process in Netsuite.
Support overall PO process for the Alaska Market
Manage various projects involving network buildouts in the Alaska Markets
Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
At a minimum, the Warehouse Manager must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous warehouse experience required.

JOB TITLE: WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I
DEPARTMENT: WHOLESALE
As a Wholesale Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately picking and safely loading wholesale customer orders. You'll help keep our warehouse organized and our inventory in top shape by unloading, rotating, and storing freight. This position is hands-on and often outdoors, so being comfortable working in all kinds of weather is important.
We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused team player who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working in a busy environment, and can be counted on to show up ready to work each day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience (certification can be completed in-house).
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately assemble and load customer orders for pickup or delivery
Load and unload freight efficiently and safely
Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (training and certification provided)
Help organize, rotate, and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy
Keep the warehouse clean and safe by following proper housekeeping and safety practices
Support warehouse and wholesale teams with day-to-day operations
Provide friendly, professional service when assisting wholesale customers
Take on additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager or Supervisor
Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50-70 pounds safely.
Requires regular bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to climb stairs and operate a forklift for long periods.
Must be able to work in all types of weather and inclement environments.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Works closely with warehouse team members, drivers, and wholesale office staff. Regular customer contact is part of the role, so a positive, professional, and safety-focused attitude is essential.

Job Description
The Role
Our Warehouse Operations team is one of the most vital departments in the company. We have a dedicated team of receivers who receive up to 200 loads per week. Our receiving crew work together to unload trailers, break down pallets, make sure items are on receiving paperwork match what's on the pallet. They then insure all items are slotted in the proper location and handle inventory control.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:
Order Fulfillment including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Monitor and report any damaged inventory upon sight.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment,
Safely operate warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36-degrees)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
Physical capacities to utilize moving motorized equipment (electric pallet jack, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift) in a fast paced environment.
Basic arithmetic skills (addition/subtraction)
Ability to read, write and speak English Fluently
Auditory ability to take orders via a headset.
Flexibility to work O.T. as needed
Ability to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous electric pallet jack experience a plus
Previous forklift experience a plus
