Responsibilities: Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order. Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility. Distribute products to appropriate storage areas, including dry storage, coolers, freezers, and designated sections for meat, fish, and produce. Adhere to food safety regulations, including FIFO (First In, First Out), date marking, proper labeling, and HACCP protocols. Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals while maintaining food safety compliance.
