Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the Customer Success Manager or Warehouse Manager, this position is directly responsible for the day to day dock activities, document preparations and filing. Essential Functions:

Maintain and replenish essential office supplies.

Enter location changes provided by warehouse attendants.
Coordinate sample requests and repacks.
Preform cycle counts on customer's inventory.

Receiving:
Maintain and monitor delivery appointment log on Plastic Express data base.
Notify customer of late truck arrivals and inform/ get approval for OT charges.
Maintain an accurate driver's sign in log and make sure drivers are signing in and out with arrival and departure times.
Match and check receivers with documents brought in by company drivers and delivering carriers.
Input material counts into system and issue a receiving document and labels to receiving attendant.
Notify CSR & management immediately concerning shortages or damaged material. Provide photos of damaged material to customer if necessary.
Check freight after labeling to ensure product is labeled correctly.
Track daily all receiving activities on the open order report are completed and updated properly.
Work with other company team members to arrange receiving appointments and pick-up schedules with carriers and port terminal operations.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.
Shipping:
Monitor and maintain the Open Order Report in the Warehouse database.
Review customer orders against shipping requests and insure 100% accuracy of our work instructions that are being issued for order execution.
Contact CSR with any questions on orders.
Prepare bill of lading; pick slip, packing slip and address labels if required.
Match customers provided documents to Pick Slip and BOL.
Issues pick slip, packing slip, and required labels to warehouse staff.
Receive pick slip back from warehouse, check for discrepancies and attach to bill of lading and stage in carriers holding file.
Documents any extra services on picking slip that are forwarded to the CSR for customer billing.
Issue bill of lading to carrier for signature.
Scan sign BOL to customer or CSR.
Provide photos if necessary to customers on freight loaded on to containers/trailers.
Arrange shipments of material.
Assist Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager with special assignments.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to safely operate a forklift and must pass site forklift certification.
Must have the ability to think independently and make decisions that are in the company's best interest.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills. Must be multi-task oriented with the ability to handle many activities simultaneously.
Must be able to work overtime, long hours, weekends and holidays when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for customer deliveries.
Load outbound shipments safely and accurately onto trucks.
Unload inbound products, inspect, and place them in the correct cooler or dry storage area.

Use pick sheets to build pallets to customer specifications.
Wrap pallets, label them, and prepare them with any required temperature controls.
Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse areas, including coolers and docks.
Assist in repacking produce as needed, following company standards.
Record inventory movement, complete paperwork accurately, and perform cycle counts.
Follow all company food safety and general safety procedures.

Job Description:
The Sr. Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished products are received, stored, and accurately entered in the ERP/D365 system. In addition to occasionally performing the duties of a Warehouse Forklift Operator I and II, Warehouse Coordinators are responsible for ensuring all finished product is picked, stored, and shipped in accordance with quality standards, the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). At GT's Living Foods, our Warehouse Associates ensure that every product order is accurately fulfilled and ready for shipment or transfer in a timely manner. Warehouse Associates are also responsible for tracking the inventory and location of ingredients and materials in the warehouse utilizing the ERP/D365 system.
Essential Duties:
Review shipping schedules/updates to enter information regarding inbound, outbound and transfer shipments for materials and finished product into the ERP/D365 system.
Communicate with carriers, Security, and Warehouse team members to coordinate customer orders and the availability of loading docks and empty trailers.
Post shipping schedule (and revise as needed) for all necessary Warehouse team members to ensure orders are built, loaded, and offloaded in a timely manner.
Print license plates for pallets of raw materials and finished product and distribute to Forklift Operators I and II to be placed on proper pallets.
Review systematic transactions made by Forklift Operators I and II and verify quantity/location of pallets and contents physically and systematically.
Escalate inconsistencies between systematic and physical quantities to management to help locate pallets, product, ingredients, and materials.
Coordinate inbound shipments of raw ingredients and materials (bottles, labels, packaging materials, etc.)
Ensure pallets of finished product are loaded and removed from the fermentation room according to quality standards and product specifications.
Ensure pallets of finished product are transported to and from cold storage in a timely manner according to load date and time (FIFO), quality standards, and GMP guidelines.
Complete end of day (EOD) report of daily warehouse movements and provide to the Warehouse Supervisor at the end of shift.
Based on business needs and workforce availability, the individual may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of both a Warehouse Forklift Operator I and II.
Flexibility is required to provide coverage for lunches and breaks during peak hours, as well as when team members are on vacation (PTO) or sick leave.
Ensure to diligently carry out all assigned duties, including but not limited to tasks such as monitoring trailer temperatures, reporting near misses, and maintaining yard organization.
Maintain daily communication regarding drivers, trailers, and driver availability for finished goods transfers.
Always ensure strict adherence to the Tote Transfer Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
