Team Leadership and Development
Manage a team of 10 to 15 warehouse employees.
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse employees.
Provide leadership and direction to warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Intracompany Liaison
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
Address intracompany inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations, inventory availability, and or status.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with intracompany employees to enhance satisfaction.
Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Management
Evaluate and implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse and storage operations in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and manage the annual budget for warehouse operations, including expenses related to labor, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Monitor expenses and variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of warehouse management experience.

Work Hours:

· Observe and remove faulty product parts from the assembly line.
· Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
· Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
· Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
· Unloads, organizes, and stocks shipments.
Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided based on business needs.
- No travel required for this position.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity.
- Handling of fragile products may be required.

Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.-to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy
Accurate data entry and retrieval using computers, and scanners (PDA)
Bin and shelf inventory maintenance and stock rotation-including shelf counts, short shelf life and expired product audits
Communicate discrepancies or issues as they are occur to the appropriate personnel
Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work stations and areas
Other duties as assigned

Ability to accurately compare two sets of data
Basic math, organization, computer, and communication skills
Ability to do repetitive bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and hand motions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to read and differentiate small print
