Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee operational performance by assisting and covering fellow managers and supervisors with daily assignments, taking into account: volume, call-offs, and employee training needs. **Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
+ Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
+ Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
+ Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed.
+ Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
