SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee night warehouse operations.

Ensure forklifts and walkie riders are parked in the charging room & plugged into battery chargers,
All damaged products are placed in proper location, all bays are shut down & locked, all doors are closed & locked, and facility is secured with alarm armed.
Train new employees and cross-train established employees.
Encourage and support teamwork by assisting with daily workloads, when time permits, or if needed.
Ensure forklifts and equipment are maintained and information documented as required.
Ensure proper code dates are being used.
Ensure that there is no phone usage while driving equipment (forklifts and walkie riders).
Ensure proper shoes are always worn.
Any other task as requested by management.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work from 12pm-10pm or until the job duties are completed Sunday through Thursday.
Physical ability and skills to complete all job tasks, including ability to continuously lift 40 lbs. and up to 162 lbs.
Computer literacy to use job related programs.
Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, not including break time.
Complete all training required for position including safety and OSHA training.

General Summary
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for a wide range of tasks to support the efficient and accurate operation of the warehouse, including order selection, keg handling, loading, quality control and general warehouse maintenance. Select package and assemble customer orders according to WMS system using company issued phone and scanner.
Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and longfork pallet jacks to hand-stack cases of beverages and move products efficiently.
Pull kegs from cooler, verify code dates and load kegs for delivery using WMS systems and scanners.
Build, stack, and secure pallets to ensure safe and accurate transport of goods.
Load trucks according to driver load sheets; ensure accuracy, secure placement, and proper stacking of pallets and kegs.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure correct product, proper placement, and compliance with loading standards. Notify Supervisor if any product weights need verified/corrected.
Audit pallets that fail the quality control process and report on load integrity and accuracy nightly.
Operate pallet wrapping equipment in the QC area. Address any equipment faults that may occur.
Support "Special Events" loads (e.g., event trailers and specialty kegs).
Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workspaces in the warehouse and cooler.
Report safety concerns (e.g., damaged racks, leaking cooling units) immediately to management.

Report documents of violations of, and corrective actions toward, policies and other deficiencies, clearly and consistently to Warehouse Manager.
Produce consistent and coherent reports for Warehouse Manager, formally or informally, as needed.
Demonstrate strong communication skills as well as lead, govern, guide team.
Closely train and monitor all Launch Track staff; providing monthly progress reports to Warehouse Manager.
Must be able to perform and train team on all job functions required of all positions which are accountable to the WarehouseLead.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or higher. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years warehousing experience, moving and customer service/retail store experience essential.
Travel Demands: Flexibility in work hours; this position requires some overtime.
Confidentiality: Works with confidential information.
Mental/Visual Demands: Flow of work requires normal mental and visual capabilities.
Physical Demands: This position requires standing, walking, reaching, bending and stooping for long periods. The employee is required to handle, feel and/or reach with hands and arms and must frequently lift and/or move items up to 75 pounds with assistance. Must have stamina to perform manual duties that often require strength.
Working Conditions: Warehouses and surrounding storage and operational spaces. Ability to work in different weather conditions and non-air conditioned areas is required.
