Additional Department Specific Requirements: * Inventory Control: Supervise and actively support team in achieving inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, and reconciliation, while minimizing discrepancies and supporting efficient operations * Packing: Supervise and actively support team in the accurate and efficient preparation of customer and retail/wholesale orders for shipment, including the verification of items, packaging items according to brand standards, quality control, and timely shipment preparation * Picking & Replenishment: Supervise and actively support team in achieving efficient and accurate order picking, inventory restocking, and workflow optimization to meet fulfillment targets * Receiving: Supervise and actively support team in achieving timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and put-away of inbound inventory while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards * Returns: Supervise and actively support team in the efficient processing of returned merchandise, including inspection, restocking, and disposition decisions, to support inventory integrity and customer satisfaction. * Shipping: Supervise and actively support team in achieving on-time and accurate order dispatch, proper carrier coordination, and compliance with shipping requirements to meet delivery expectations To Land This Role: * H.S.
