Monitor equipment (forklifts, racks, vehicles) and arrange maintenance as needed. Distribution & Logistics Coordinate and schedule store deliveries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Work ahead to forecast store needs and adjust distribution proactively. Partner with store managers to anticipate demand and resolve issues quickly. Ensure all shipping/receiving documentation is accurate and properly filed. Manage vendor relations for deliveries, logistics, and supplies. Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement Develop and improve SOPs for all warehouse activities, creating processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Utilize systems and tools to monitor product movement and facilitate ongoing inventory audits. Set measurable goals and efficiency targets for warehouse operations. Provide regular updates to leadership on inventory status, issues, and process enhancements. Team Leadership & Safety Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
