You'll oversee logistics operations, train and guide team members, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This position requires strong organization, critical thinking, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all inbound and outbound processes, including verification of shipments and receipts Train, lead, and support the Logistics Clerks and Receiving Team Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure WMS data aligns with physical counts Monitor stock, transport costs, productivity, and delivery timelines Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy Check in trucks and ensure all shipping/receiving documentation is completed accurately Analyze and reconcile inventory data; assist with month-end and year-end audits Promote safe work practices and adherence to warehouse and food safety standards Collaborate with operations to maintain FIFO product flow and resolve customer concerns What You'll Need: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse coordination Proven leadership experience and strong team development skills Proficiency in Excel, WMS systems (Deposco or similar), and data reporting Strong communication and organizational abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Basic accounting knowledge related to inventory and warehouse functions Ability to work in cold environments (ambient, refrigerated, and freezer areas) Dependability, flexibility, and willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed If you're ready to take the lead in a critical operations role where precision and leadership drive success, apply today and join our Warehouse Coordination team! Your Role Your Essential Job Functions: Manage trays and cartons from incoming through usage Supply bindery rooms with trays and cartons as needed Empty trash and recycling containers near the end of your shift, 1st and 2nd shift Advise HSE Manager when waste and recycle trailer is full so pick up can be scheduled Maintain good housekeeping standards such as sweeping and cleaning underneath and behind racks and throughout facility At the end of your shift, you will enter materials to each job from the pick tickets that were pulled during your shift Communicate to the next shift any information that pertains to issues encountered or anything pertaining to your job Report any issues or damages to the shift supervisor so they can advise management Perform Other Job Duties As Assigned You will be required to fill in as needed or when requested by Supply Chain Manager to perform the following: * Unload incoming trucks if your assistance is required * Label and scan incoming paper * Pull any outbound shipments and complete paperwork * Wrap and label skids for Finished Goods from Bindery.
