Position Summary The Materials & Warehouse Superintendent oversees all warehouse, materials handling, inventory control, and inbound/outbound logistics operations. This role ensures the efficient flow, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules and customer requirements. The Superintendent leads warehouse supervisors, material handlers, and logistics personnel while driving safety, accuracy, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and reduce waste. Job Description Warehouse Team Leader-BAI Blackfoot Essential Duties and Accountabilities 1. Safety: Responsible for facility safety. Actively involved in the behavior based safety process; coaches employees on the importance of being personally responsible for their safety related behavior.
