Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across all sourcing activities. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Own and maintain the Direct Category catalogs in Procurement tools like Coupa, aligning with the negotiated contracts. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and supplier collaboration to drive continuous improvement. Plans, schedules, and supervises all dock and staging area activities Works closely with inventory control to ensures inventory accuracy by monitoring product movements, confirming location usage and auditing inventory movement Frequently audits warehouse activity to make sure all internal safety requirements are being met as well as OSHA guidelines are being followed by employees and anyone working on site Load plan and schedule orders for timely pickup to meet the customer's delivery requirements at the lowest possible freight cost Monitors orders to assure all shipments are shipped within the 48 hour ship cycle Provides carriers with information for timely pick up and delivery of orders Analyzes orders for potential consolidation in order to reduce transportation cost Ensures shipments meet required service levels and at lowest possible freight expense. ABOUT THE ROLE The Machine Operator - Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE $20.60 hourly Monday - Friday (2PM - 10:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt WHAT YOU WILL DO * Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS. * Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used. * Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency * Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas * Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software * Act professionally and remain focused while working * Safely operate all warehouse equipment * Follow directions of leadership * Perform cleaning activities as required * Maintain a safe and clean warehouse * Maintain a positive attitude * Additional responsibilities as assigned by management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORE * Must be 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to read and speak English * Must have reliable transportation * Ability to follow detailed instructions * Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery * Must be comfortable using electronic devices * Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation * Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately * Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience * Must be flexible with start and departure time changing * Ability to work overtime when needed * Ability to work independently without close supervision * Responsible for any additional duties assigned PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE. PHYSICAL DEMANDS In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing.
