Summary:
Essentra is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor for our Louisville, KY facility. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager of the Essentra Components warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of products from internal and external vendors, as well as overseeing inventory control. The primary focus is maintaining exceptional service and quality standards in all tasks performed by both the supervisor and the team, while ensuring a safe and secure work environment. The position will be onsite, Monday through Friday, with the hours being 6:00am-2:30pm. This individual will supervise 20-30 team members throughout the warehouse. Typical Accountabilities:
Coordinate all aspects of outbound and inbound operations.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred but not required.
At least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a high-volume distribution environment.
Experience supervising people and providing performance coaching and feedback as needed.
Experience operating various forklift equipment and willingness to be hands-on when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction at all business levels.
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Experience adhering to and enforcing safety policies and guidelines.

The Operator's primary duties will be:
Barrel Handling Including:
