Vehicles, Yard & Facility Manage Houston vehicles (shop and field), ensuring inspections, EZ Tag balances, and general maintenance are current. Conduct weekly facility and yard inspections, overseeing pond upkeep, fence repairs, and contractor performance. Coordinate building and system maintenance including AC, sewage, alarms, and permitting. Office & Administrative Allocate office space and manage personnel access to the facility. Oversee utility accounts, coffee service, recycling, and cleaning vendors. Ensure all permitting, emergency exit maps, and compliance postings are up to date. HSE & Compliance Conduct and document required inspections (fire extinguishers, cranes, extension cords, fall protection). Enforce PPE usage and company EHS policies for all personnel entering warehouse and shop areas. Maintain gas bottle supply, storage, and tracking. Support disciplinary actions in alignment with Richmond leadership. Skills and Abilities Required: Strong knowledge of warehouse management, stock keeping, and inventory control systems.
