    Our client, a very well-established, global, publicly traded Production and Distribution Company is currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to be part of their core strategic management team in Little Rock, AR. This is a 1st shift position, 5 days a week, with over 24 direct reports (Pickers, Stockers, Shipping/ Receiving). Responsibilities: Lead internal warehousing and external distribution center operations. Oversee receiving, raw material staging, inventory control, and line-side delivery. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, staging, and outbound logistics. Lead & develop the team of warehouse employees (approx. 24). Implement and sustain best practices for warehouse layout, 5S, FIFO flow, and inventory accuracy Drive improvements for order-picking speed, dock scheduling, and load optimization to reduce freight costs and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain ERP and WMS data for real-time inventory tracking and accuracy. Ensure safety and compliance, including forklift training, pedestrian safety, and material handling standards.
