JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Schedule, assign and monitor work, and provide clear direction to warehouse/cooler employees to meet the needs of the business. Coordinate the work efforts of employees to ensure that outgoing semi-trailers or trucks are loaded accurately and on time to meet customer order requirements · Determine needed quantities of finished product and communicate those needs to the production area.
