This position ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in the staging, loading, and documentation of outbound shipments. The Shipping Lead provides direction to shipping staff, verifies product quality and count, maintains cold chain standards, and ensures compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company safety procedures. Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping, warehouse, or cold storage environment. Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, bills of lading, and inventory practices. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Good written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, GMP, and cold storage practices.
