ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following.
* Report stock discrepancies to manager daily.
* Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damage and quantity daily. Stock all parts in correct bin and/or location and in saleable conditions daily.
* Check in all UPS/Gm/gm parts in a timely fashion daily.
* Package and ship return to vendors in a timely fashion.
* Write up core returns, damage claims (659 claim), shortage(PC31), and overage(PC31) claims daily.
* Assign new parts to bins that don't have assigned locations daily.
* Control all special and emergency orders by tagging and notify appropriate person daily.
* Maintain bins, racks, and other equipment and notify management of needed repairs daily.

* Count all parts that are delivered from UPS/FedEx and verify, count, and sign for them daily.

What you will be doing:
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet
Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a fork lift, clamp truck or other power equipment
Requirements:
High school education or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
Previous experience operating forklift is required
Ability to follow safety regulations while operating equipment
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment

Role Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist - Experiential Programs is responsible for the accurate management, readiness, and fulfillment of experiential program inventory, including client-owned assets for auto shows, mobile tours, and other experiential activations. This role executes disciplined warehouse workflows, rigorous QC standards, and timely logistics coordination to ensure operational excellence and exceptional event outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble full show inventories and prepare all materials for outbound events, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness.
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely inventory records in Warehouse Management System (WMS) for assigned experiential programs.
Communicate proactively with the Client Services Team on inventory status, readiness updates, issues identified during QC, and recommendations for maintenance or refurbishment.
Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve variances proactively.
Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, categorization, and storage of all assets.
Develop deep working knowledge of experiential program assets, components, kits, and configurations.
Support Business Development by ensuring experiential program assets are maintained to a high standard, enabling smooth execution that drives renewal and expansion opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
1 year of inventory experience is required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate quality checks on inbound and outbound assets.
Ability to identify, document, and escalate damage or usability concerns promptly.
Proficiency in following structured QC processes, checklists, packing standards, and documentation requirements.
Strong coordination skills to support accurate pick, pack, and ship workflows.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, trucking partners, and drivers to support on-time load-outs and returns.
Familiarity with inventory control practices, including restocking, cycle counting, and maintaining show kits or program-specific assets.
Ability to learn and maintain subject-matter expertise for assigned experiential program inventory, QC standards, and documentation requirements.
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, labeling, and asset tracking with accuracy.
Commitment to cross-training and knowledge-sharing to ensure departmental resilience.
Ability to follow warehouse safety protocols, equipment operation requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors, technicians, and business unit partners.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support general warehouse operations as needed.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to follow SOPs and recommend workflow enhancements.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the labeling, staging, and picking of production. Also, responsible for load out's and receiving of all products and supplies for the dry operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to and follows the directions of the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Plant Supervisor/Foreperson.
Maintain proper rotation of the products, inventory of supplies, and of assigned items.
See that all powder orders are properly shipped, and all necessary paperwork is properly filled out.
Assure that the warehouse stays clean and orderly at all times and those yellow borders stay clean. All supplies and inventory items remain 18” from the walls.
The warehouse must remain USDA inspection ready at all times.
Conduct monthly and yearly inventories.
Keep management personnel up to date on warehouse operations through verbal and written communications.
Confirm product quality is acceptable prior to shipping.
Assure that all products meet customer requirements.
Inspects all trucks prior to loading; they must be clean, free of any foreign debris. Do not load any damaged product.
Aid in the training of new personnel.
Follow all safety, working, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
High School level verbal and written communication skills.
