Establishes and maintains standards of performance levels for all warehouse responsibilities in the distribution center. Establishes and maintains programs for the distribution center's housekeeping, equipment maintenance, safety, and security. Works with purchasing, IT, and upper management to control and develop more efficient solutions for managing distribution center costs and operational procedures. Establishes and maintains all supplies needed to support warehouse functions (shipping, receiving, etc.…) and facility personnel support. Manages the distribution center's physical inventory levels by setting and adjusting Min/Max levels and yearly full cycle counting. Ensures all packing requirements are met, including country of origin and standardized formatting, bulk packaging. Meet all customer/sales agent deadlines for UPS, hand delivery, and customer pick up orders. Maintain efficient and timely schedules for receiving, shipping, product packing, and, put away, to support company goals and standards. Establish operational schedule to support the facility's hours of operation with a manager or supervisor. Present hours of Operation: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an operations management position. Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred. The ability to lift objects weighting 50 pounds. Willingness to join workers shoulder-to-shoulder and help with anything that needs to get done. Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills required. Inventory Cycle Count and resolution experience Strong business acumen and familiarity with purchasing preferred. Ability to look for trends and understand how the promotions we run impact inventory levels. Ability to find efficient and creative storing solutions for products while maintaining safety standards.
