As a vital member of our warehouse operations team, you'll report to our Warehouse Manager and will be receiving materials, managing inventory, and shipping materials to be used by our installation crews for residential solar systems.
JOB DUTIES:
Comply with warehouse and inventory standard operating procedures
Receive materials, ensuring the quantity and quality of orders are accurate
Select and stage materials for shipping/pickup using pick tickets
Operate forklift, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
Monitor inventory by completing cycle counts as required
Keep warehouse areas organized and clear of trash and debris
Assist in delivering materials to job sites
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least Two years of warehouse / material handling experience
Comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Experience managing inventory
Must be detail-oriented with solid mathematical skills
A self-motivated team player who can work well with minimal supervision

JOB SUMMARY
The candidate will be responsible for executing daily warehousing operations, including the unloading and receiving of inbound shipments, as well as the processing of outbound freight and small package shipments. Create, author, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) to ensure alignment with operational standards. Fulfill work order and production order requests, including timely delivery to end users at the Canton site. Manage inventory with a focus on accuracy and data integrity within the ERP system. Perform cycle counts in accordance with ERP ABC classification codes. Maintain warehouse and office areas in clean, organized, and audit-ready conditions at all times. Execute timely ERP inventory transactions and manage the disposition of Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs). This position is 100% on-site.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Perform receiving activities for all materials and equipment at the site, including ERP data entry, labeling, and storage in compliance with Emergent BioSolutions procedures and cGMP standards.

* Initiate, submit, and execute Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls as required.
* Execute test scripts to support system upgrades and new program implementations.

* Accurately enter received items into SAP, ensuring proper labeling and compliant storage.
* Distribute received materials to internal customers as indicated on purchase orders.
* Manage inventory with a focus on data integrity in the ERP system; perform cycle counts per ABC classification codes.
* Maintain warehouse and office areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.
* Execute timely ERP inventory transactions and manage the disposition of NCMRs.
* Prepare and ship raw materials, bulk and finished products, QC samples, equipment, IT assets, and MRO supplies to support customer orders, manufacturing, and project timelines.
* Fulfill picking lists and inventory reservations to support production schedules and project needs.
* Participate in the on-call program for temperature-controlled storage units; document and replace temperature charts per site procedures.
* Operate the company truck to transport supplies, inventory, and equipment between Emergent BioSolutions facilities and offsite storage locations.
* Provide training to warehouse personnel on distribution processes and SAP activities.
* Represent the Supply Chain department on assigned projects.
* Maintain 100% compliance with training requirements for all executable procedures.
* Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and support the implementation of safety initiatives.
* Champion 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) initiatives as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

* Excellent organizational skills.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Previous warehouse experience necessary.
* Previous Cold Chain experience preferred.
* Forklift Certified.
* SAP experience.
* Moderate computer usage.
* DOT and IATA Hazardous Materials Certified.
U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information
The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from $58,000 to $70,300. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Warehouse Material Handler II - Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
$18.00 hourly
Monday - Friday (4:00AM- 12:30PM), Full-Time, Non -Exempt
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
* Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
* Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency
* Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas
* Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software
* Act professionally and remain focused while working
* Safely operate all warehouse equipment
* Follow directions of leadership

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
* The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
* The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
