Safety, Security & Compliance Enforce safety policies, EHS standards, and equipment operation compliance (e.g., forklifts). Maintain facility security and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. WMS / System Operations Operate and manage WMS-driven warehouse processes. Maintain master data and ensure system accuracy for inventory and order flows. Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with IT or HQ teams for enhancements. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 7+ years of logistics / warehouse operations experience, with proven exposure to end-to-end warehouse processes. 2-3+ years of people management or on-site warehouse leadership experience (direct or indirect). Hands-on experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) in daily operations, including system-based inbound/outbound and inventory control. Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational performance management. Proven ability to solve on-site operational issues with structured root-cause analysis. Our client is moving inventory from one warehouse to another and needs help with the project and creating new SOPs and doing large inventory audits for 70,000 sq ft warehouses. This contractor will work hands-on to restructure storage systems, implement labeling and inventory protocols, optimize product flow, and ensure the warehouse meets operational, safety, and food & beverage compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in food, beverage, CPG, or manufacturing environments, who can quickly assess operational needs and execute a clear organizational strategy. Job Purpose: Ships, receives, stocks, and distributes merchandise Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Receives casino merchandise by counting, verifying and signing appropriate delivery forms, organizing merchandise, locating packing list, verifying contents in boxes, comparing with receiving worksheet, preparing merchandise for department deliveries and communicating with buyers. Delivers merchandise by pulling, staging, and delivering inhouse stock and direct purchases to appropriate departments. Ensures accurate records by entering receiving information into database and updating in-house requisitions. Provides requested product and supplies by receiving inhouse orders, entering them into the computer database, preparing items for delivery, and delivering items to the proper locations. Assists with replenishment of supplies by stocking and rotating goods received to their proper location according to established procedures. Maintains safe and sanitary food handling and storage by ensuring refrigerator and freezer temperatures are within established guidelines, rotating food items as needed, and handling and storing food product according to established procedures Ensures a clean and orderly work area by sweeping and mopping floors, scrubbing flatbed carts, and disposing of empty cartons, boxes, and trash. Assists in physical inventory & conducts cycle counts by counting stock, reviewing variances, and conducting re-counts if necessary. Prepares merchandise for shipping by completing return merchandise form, and packing, addressing, insuring, and shipping merchandise according to established procedures. Ensures the integrity of high-end and regulated merchandise by receiving and identifying high-end and regulated deliveries, and contacting and collaborating with the Security, Gaming Commission and appropriate Department personnel for distribution and delivery of merchandise following established procedures. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years of logistics and warehouse operations experience. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory accuracy, operating WMS systems, operating forklift, and handling data analysis using Excel.
