This position is responsible for all inbound product (Warehouse, Prepared Foods, Supplies, etc.) coming across the dock at PCF. Duties include rotation and supply of all products to all crews (loading) and all movement of product within the facility prior to actual picking of orders for loading. Must have the ability to take direction from multiple supervisors through changing shifts.
What you'll do...
Utilize RF gun to enter purchase order information and print manifests and tags.
Properly track paperwork from driver through receipt process.
Properly tag and distribute received product to pick slot and rotation.
Ability to multi-task under time sensitive conditions.
Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner.
Organize and maintain inventory in the slot.
Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
Other duties may be assigned.
What we look for...
Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and understanding of the structure and operation of the receiving and loading departments.
Ability to learn and operate RF scanners and portable communications.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to operate equipment (forklift, floor jack, etc.) safely and professionally.
Available for a 3am start time.

- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Process all RMA's and all Returned inventory
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Manage inventory organization and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification required

Work Hours & Benefits
As Warehouse/Material Handler you will be a non-exempt employee eligible to earn an hourly wage. According to the 2016 updated regulations of the Fair Labor Standard Act or “FLSA”, this full-time hourly position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 hours, in a 7-day work week. All wages will be paid at regular intervals in accordance with our payroll policies.
