Requisition wrapping materials and ingredients daily according to production orders. Load outbound freight using proper techniques and patterns. Safely direct inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring correct dock positioning and chocking of wheels. Inspect trucks for sanitary and food safety concerns, recording findings in Safety Chain. Prepare materials and products for shipment to various customers, including Brooklyn. Identify and report damages and shortages. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and the warehouse. Assist in special projects requiring forklift operation. Perform necessary data entry duties. Ensure all ingredients and packing materials are free of dust and debris before staging for use. Perform required inventory counts.
