Job Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inventory and logistics operations at the Clearwater site, including procurement coordination, inbound receipt, proper storage, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy. This role ensures product quality, supports cycle counting and physical inventories, and safeguards AkzoNobel business principles while maintaining full compliance with HSE, DOT, and company safety standards.

Requirements and Responsibilities - Logistics and Transportation
• Manage logistics and materials needed in support of TFC's marketing and construction growth.
• Manage supply chain processes using ERP Sitetracker/Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
• Execute company inventory processes to accurately track and process inventory movements and relay that information accurately to ERP system.
• Create, track and maintain Transfer Orders in NetSuite ERP system.
• Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Monitor inventory availability to ensure a high percentage of material in-stock and the ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages.
• Create reporting that analyzes inventory availability, consumption, transfers, and locations.(If this role is going to be analyzing all aspects of the Supply Chain, should it be called Supply Chain Analyst and that should be listed above “Fleet Management” in responsibilities since it's the more complex and crucial…)
• Develop KPIs to analyze and report logistics costs, on-time rates, supplier lead-times, carrier performance, transfer order status and other metrics as needed.
• Analyze distribution network and inter-facility transfer metrics to maximize efficiency
• Manage Packing List creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and Packing List execution.
• Monitor all open POs until deliveries are completed and complete PO closeout process.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum Five (5) years of experience Construction Management (Telecom Preferred).
• Proactive and highly independent, able to remotely own processes and oversee 3rd-party sites.
• Strong communicator, able to engage with subcontractors and approach issues independently.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Sitetracker Project Management tool a plus.
• Effectively function in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and clearly communicate risks to their supervisor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs)
