The Warehouse Person I receives, pulls, and transfers materials to fulfill work order requirements within the designated department. This position will constantly interact with department line personnel, Lead and the Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
· Coordinates the movement of material between work areas in designated department.
· Issues work orders, creates manifests and enter material transfers.
· Responsible for data entry and document filing to maintain accurate material records.
· Performs general housekeeping activities within department.
· Organizes and maintains assigned work area in designated department.
· Adheres to and promote all safety rules and requirements.
· Performs other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educations and/or Experience
· High School diploma or equivalent is required
· 1 year experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
· Basic knowledge of documentation filing
· Ability to use keyboard and “ten key”
· Ability to communicate and work well with others
· Ability to work in a team environment and as individual contributor
· Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
· Organizational skills and time management skills
Computer Skills
· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· ERP exposure
Language Skills
· English (basic reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
· Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply)
Other Skills
· Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holiday hours.
· Ability to legally work without sponsorship for employment visa status.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have occasional sitting, squatting, climbing, and kneeling. The position requires frequent bending and twisting at the neck and waist, pushing, pulling and reaching with left and right hand, and above shoulder level. Requires constant standing, walking, and repetitive movement with the dominant hand for simple grasping. Additionally, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds, and push/pull up to 50 pounds. Required to wear PPE (ie. Face, foot, eye, hand, and/or hearing protection on plant floor). Use of nitrile gloves.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a manufacturing warehouse environment. The ambient conditions are moderate, and the noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Essential Duties
Perform order picking and packing.Load and unload trucks.Prepares shipping documents.Move parts between work areas.Operate all hand and some power equipment.Use all Graco's ERP systems and warehouse operating systems with proficiency.Report all safety hazards and dangers.Stock and locate materials.Cycle count.Perform daily upkeep of equipment including forklift.Use scale and scale counting proficiently.Use postal meter.Perform other duties, as assigned.

Position Requirements
Essential
High school diploma or GED (Required to convert to Graco, Inc.) **Not required for VOLT**Must obtain Graco Forklift Driving Certificate.Ability to operate hand and power equipment.
Desirable
Basic MathGraco warehouse experience (6 months)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift more than 45 pounds on an infrequent basis (no more than 4-5 hours a day).Correctable vision.Exposure to extreme heat and cold.Extensive periods of walking and/or standing.Lifting and reaching to all levels.Repetitive bending and twisting, up to 90 degrees.
