Waggle is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and support our warehouse operations team while overseeing the full fulfillment ecosystem. This includes receiving, picking and packing, order flow management, inventory accuracy, space planning, safety and team leadership. This will require part hands-on support, part strategic oversight. Some days you'll be at your desk analyzing inventory data or reviewing staffing plans; other days you'll be on the floor packing orders, jumping in on a large wholesale prep, or troubleshooting a workflow bottleneck alongside the team.
Success in this role relies on strong cross-functional partnership. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the logistics manager, sales support manager, and sales team to translate business demand into predictable, scalable, and efficient execution. This role ensures that workflows remain aligned, communication is clear, and warehouse performance consistently meets organizational needs.
This role will report to the Director of Warehouse and Fulfillment
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
· Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, stow, picking, packing and shipping
· Assisting warehouse team in fulfillment and project completion throughout the day
· Maintain accurate inventory counts - owning cycle counts, adjustments and reconciliation
· Manage order flow to meet daily SLA expectations for e-commerce, retail stores and wholesale
· Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, product flow and storage systems.
· Responsible for ordering warehouse supplies and keeping required safety stock on hand.
Team & Talent Management
· Lead, train and coach a team of warehouse associates
· Schedule staff based on business needs and seasonal demand
· Foster a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork
· Set expectations and develop team members toward long-term consistency and growth
Cross-Functional Operations
· Collaborate across departments to support demand planning and delivery readiness
· Participate in cross-departmental planning for new product launches, ensuring operational readiness
· Support Waggle sponsored events as needed

Process, Systems & Safety
· Implement and improve standard operating procedures while being on floor supporting warehouse team through changes.
· Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse
· Use data and reporting tools to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
· Help evaluate and support tools, systems and technology improvements that make the warehouse more accurate, faster and easier to manage focusing on training and execution.
Required Experience
· 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
· Strong experience with order tracking, inventory platforms, and analytic tools like SPS, TMS, Shopify, Ship Station, Power BI, etc.
· Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
· Ability to lift 40+ lbs on regular basis and work on your feet 8 hours per day.
· OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred Background
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
· Experience with high volume e-commerce and retail distribution channels.
· Familiarity with warehousing, event logistics, and 3PLs

The Field Inventory Specialist monitors and maintains inventory levels at assigned customer location(s) utilizing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) software. Performs periodic reviews of product lot and shelf-life information to ensure proper inventory rotation using First In, First Out (FIFO) and scrap mitigation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately performs inventory transactions for lot controlled and non-lot-controlled inventory following FIFO methods while understanding the difference between Manufacturer and internal lot numbers
Validates inbound shipment against pack slip and open receipt. Completes processing of receipt VMI and performs put away in designated customer inventory storage locations
Reviews shelf life reports and communicates potential issues with team members and/or customers. Scraps material out when appropriate and follows customer specified disposal procedures
Performs and reconciles cycle counts to compare VMI inventory to actual inventory on hand
Proactively seeks out and interacts with key customer contacts to understand demand fluctuations and potential impact on inventory levels. Identifies and troubleshoots onsite issues and works collaboratively to resolve, escalating when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of related industrial experience and/or training
Must be able to work between the hours of Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)

POSITION SUMMARY
