Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers. Monitor and document performance metrics for service providers. Confirm receipt of cables and organize inventory in the warehouse accordingly. Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards. Provide management with updates on operational performance and address any ongoing issues. Ensure all service commitments (quantity, quality, and timing) are met consistently. Adhere to safety regulations, environmental policies, and labor laws. Assist in developing job protocols and ensure staff adherence.
