Attendance: Regular, timely attendance to meet customer needs in an efficient and effective manner.

Allocate team resources appropriately, coach and develop warehouse team members accordingly, and handle personnel issues in an effective and timely manner.
Accountable for ensuring accuracy of inventory through promoting warehouse best practices. Includes ownership of periodic cycle counts and annual physical counts.
Drive 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and other areas of the organization.
Champion safety across the warehouse operation; work with moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Create, prioritize and manage material picking schedule across all jobs to maximize availability to meet production capabilities with customer needs in mind
