POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager's role is to oversee all warehouse duties including production planning, order pulling, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics. Position Overview
The Warehouse Attendant performs various tasks related to receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing materials. This individual is responsible for accurately locating and verifying incoming/outgoing products along with timely delivery of stock to the requested departments while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm

Receives inbound products and unloads shipments from trucks.
Reads and understands work orders, locates, and picks items from storage areas, and packs items for shipment.

Adheres to safety, quality, and production procedures.

Processes incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and transportation requirements.
Gives customers basic product knowledge, pricing, and shipping information and answers other questions.
Compiles knowledge of customer base and unique customer requirements to complete orders and keeps accurate customer records in required software systems and programs.
Interacts with customers, Sales, Operations, Transportation, vendors, and supervisor to verify all information is correct and to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies with orders.
Handles finished materials: picks, packages, prepares, palletizes, and ships or moves shipments within the warehouse.
Processes returns, inspects items for wear, and determines and ensures proper disposition.
Takes periodic inventories, counts, and processes inventory during resolution and inbound receiving activities, stocks warehouse shelves, and updates product locations.

What You'll Do:

Operate powered industrial forklift and pallet jack. Organize inventory and load/unload shipments.

Use ERP reporting to determine supply quantities and ingredient amounts for upcoming events.

Enter outbound and inbound ingredient information into ERP database. Log unused ingredients and supplies. Troubleshoot discrepancies.
Coordinate dock schedule with freight companies for outbound/inbound event supply deliveries.
Track inventory weekly and complete materials usage and inventory reporting in ERP database.
Provide updates to International Programs, Logistics, Supply Chain and Food Safety personnel.
Assist in determining supply needs for the permanent food manufacturing site (ex. gloves, soap).
Plan the efficient use of warehouse space while juggling inbound and outbound shipments of ingredients, finished product, mobile food packing event supplies and co-packer materials.

This is a 1.0 FTE, benefits-eligible opening on the day/evening shift, eight hour shifts, range of start times-6:00am -2:30pm, 9:00am -5:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm.
This is an SEIU Local 113 opening.
The Driver/Material Handler transports and distributes sterile product and material between the System Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) and other Fairview entities. Transports contaminated instruments to System CSSD for decontamination. Loads and unloads transfer carts. Bar code scans instrument sets and instruments per policy.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensures the delivery and receipt of CPC instrumentation, linen metal ware and sterile products among the Fairview entities.
+ Loads onto and unloads equipment from delivery vehicle.
+ Delivers supplies and carts to designated areas within the hospitals.
+ Utilizes power pallet jack for movement of heavy materials.
+ Verifies materials contents against surgical case cart orders.
+ Builds Metal ware orders.

+ Transports sterile and soiled instruments by truck and in enclosed transfer carts to assist in the prevention of contamination with bioburden.
+ Follow protocol for putting away and distributing sterile instrumentation.
+ Keep conditions favorable for the storage and transportation of sterile instrumentation.
+ Completes Sterility Check points on instruments assembled and shipped.
+ Knowledge, skills and abilities needed:
+ Knowledge of Sterile and contaminated material and appropriate flow processes.
+ Knowledge materials that are being transported and how to access MSDS information
+ Technical Skills
+ Knowledge of basic Infection Prevention practices in relation to the transportation of sterile and soiled instruments.
+ Driver's License with air brakes as applicable in relation to trucks with air brakes

+ Knowledge of Minnesota Department of Transportation Vehicle Policy
