QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in SAP with inventory and shipping transactions highly desired
Strong knowledge of shipping processes: carrier types (parcel, LTL, TL), freight cost control, and documentation. Dangerous good experience preferred.
Ability to document and manage standard work processes and instructions
Excellent communication, organization and team building skills
Ability to follow instructions and apply processes and procedures to complex tasks
Exercises good judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
Able to read standard measuring devices
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Enter inventory/adjust inventory locations in the computer system. Check physical location to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist and maintain in our cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
Train warehouse associates on material handling equipment (i.e., fork lift, pallet jack, etc.) using proper safety procedures.
Train all warehouse associates on shipping and other warehouse processes.
Monitors and ensures necessary logs and charts are completed and accurate for all warehouse documents as required by SOP's
Work closely with internal departments to assure commitments to customers are met in a timely manner.
Maintain adequate levels of shipping supplies, and consumable store room supplies.
Actively prepares for and participates with internal and/or customer audits.
Assist in writing of SOP's, Work Instructions and NCR's.
Maintain all warehouse areas in a clean and safe condition always.
Ensures compliance with SOP and Work Instructions.
Perform all duties of a Warehouse associate.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

and product.
Physical Demands

SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Clerk works under direct supervision, performing one or more warehouse activities (i.e., packing, picking, shipping, receiving, or cycle counting, etc.) within a warehouse, between multiple building locations, and performs other warehouse support tasks. Shift: 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform one of various activities such as unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items.
View and input information into an ERP system.
May operate pallet jack and hand truck to move or hoist product throughout the warehouse.
Participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities.
Accurately count materials, equipment, or supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School (HS) Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Education and Experience of Warehouse Audio Lead

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse and an office environment. This role involves frequent communication with
internal employees and external contacts--via phone, email and any other professional means of communication
necessary. The person in this role will frequently and routinely work in a warehouse where temperatures can
fluctuate from hot to cold. This person in this role will routinely be exposed to loud noises from both machinery
and product.
Physical Demands

The Associate performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in order fulfillment for our production machines, warehousing, and distributing of materials, supplies and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Receiving and unloading incoming goods, occasional staking of arrival goods by hand
Utilizing a stand-up & sit-down forklift to load outbound products, gather products as stated on packing slips.
Accurate completion of paperwork pertaining to the inbound/outbound of goods
Operating shrink-wrapping machine to ensure quality of shipments received by the customer
Manually picking required products and assembling them into boxes and/or pallets.
Ensure oldest product is picked and shipped first using FIFO method (first-in-first-out).
Conduct weekly cycle counts using WMS and ADC Guns.
Safely handle all products and components needed to complete work orders
Accurately follow work order information and determine what materials are needed
Transfer all materials and finish products within company system utilizing scan gun, validating accurate system movements continuously throughout each workday
Execute material handler paper form as back up for the scan gun
Systematically and physically return all unused materials to their home locations
Other duties as required
