This role provides day-to-day leadership through employee training and supervision, oversees material stocking and inventory accuracy, and performs additional duties as assigned by warehouse management. **What you can look forward to as a In-Process Warehouse Team Lead:** + Extensive use of many SAP screens to control movement and accuracy of material throughout the facility. + Monitor Backlog System - ensuring the accuracy of the backlog tracking, correct errors. + Monitor Replenishment System- ensuring the accuracy of transactions in and warehouse. + Ensure timely delivery to manufacturing. + Assign run routes and picker roles to associates. + Interact with manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. + Assist management with implementation of new processes and identify opportunities for improvement. + Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage (vacations, overtime etc). + Responsible for new associate training, cross training, rotations, etc. + Responsible for assigning and tracking 5S activities as well as perform audits with management. + Put up raw material stock and scan to warehouse shelf locations. + Check manufacturing floor stock locations and pull replacement materials from warehouse. This role provides day-to-day leadership through employee training and supervision, oversees material stocking and inventory accuracy, and performs additional duties as assigned by warehouse management. What you can look forward to as a In-Process Warehouse Team Lead: * Extensive use of many SAP screens to control movement and accuracy of material throughout the facility. * Monitor Backlog System - ensuring the accuracy of the backlog tracking, correct errors. * Monitor Replenishment System- ensuring the accuracy of transactions in and warehouse. * Ensure timely delivery to manufacturing. * Assign run routes and picker roles to associates. * Interact with manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. * Assist management with implementation of new processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage (vacations, overtime etc). * Responsible for new associate training, cross training, rotations, etc. * Responsible for assigning and tracking 5S activities as well as perform audits with management. * Put up raw material stock and scan to warehouse shelf locations. * Check manufacturing floor stock locations and pull replacement materials from warehouse. Stocks flex line material locations as required. * Manage floor stock and maintain correct quantities at line side storage. * Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts. * Good housekeeping - keep warehouse and stocking locations safe and orderly. * Other duties as assigned. * Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned.
