The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations is to support the Warehouse Supervisor through either inbound or outbound management of the warehouse floor and to facilitate effective warehouse operations through direction of warehouse staff, in accordance with operational priorities. In addition, this job assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, as well as making internal appointments. This job also delegates work among the warehouse staff and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality. The Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations also communicates with customers outside the warehouse to communicate disruptions, provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction.
What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Assist with training new employees on company and departmental procedures as appropriate
Work closely with leadership team to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met
Coordinating housekeeping, inventory control, and complying with all QRA and safety requirements and regulations
With supervisors, plan and coordinate daily workflow and assignments in alignment with warehouse priorities
Leading team meetings, including safety and quality discussions
Solving minor issues and general employee inquiries
Working in production as needed
Qualifications
4+ years of related warehouse experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel knowledge) preferred
Willingness and ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred)
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience leading a team and sharing feedback with employees preferred
Prior knowledge working with WMS system

What Will You Do?
The Parts Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through meticulous and timely processing for daily parts receipts, RGAs, vendor claims, and return transfers from other warehouse locations. As well as maintaining an organized and picking efficient inventory.

Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of parts deliveries via small package, LTL and Wesco trucks
Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of returns from customers and will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all RGAs are being handled quickly and accurately
Responsible for receipt and processing of all inbound stock transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
Responsible for maintaining an accurate and organized RGA shelf for returned items pending vendor claims or location assignment
Responsible for maintaining and locating special customer ordered product as well as newly stocked product (NOLO)
Responsible for prompt put-away and location assignment of all received product
Responsible for weekly processing of vendor claims
Responsible for scrapping inventory as directed
Responsible for keeping organized and detailed files for all RGAs, vendor claims and stock transfers
Responsible for inspection of all returned parts to ensure that they are in new and sellable condition which may require working with our service department
Responsible for assisting in the Toro weekly stock order receipt and put-away
Responsible for maintaining bin location availability using NO OH NO OO reports
Responsible for maintaining supplies inventories i.e. boxes, labels, bags, etc.
Responsible for assisting with pulling, packing and shipping when needed
Required to keep a clean and organized workspace
Required to operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)
Required to operate utility carts
Required to learn the Prelude inventory control system
Required to learn and utilize RF scan guns
Required to build and maintain working relationships and lines of communication with all associates interacted with
Required to promote teamwork and cooperation with all Wesco Turf associates across all departments
Required to improve their skills and themselves either by formal education in a related area or by on-the-job training beyond their current position
Requires the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations, responding to the needs of internal and external customers in a timely manner
Must be dependable and punctual
Must be willing and able to take and follow direction
Must be able to work independently
Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation

This is a hands-on, onsite position based at the Sun Hydraulics campus in Sarasota, Florida. The role is instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate cash application, collections, customer account management, and reporting, with a strong focus on internal controls, audit readiness, and team leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable processes and team.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team to ensure performance targets are met and professional growth is supported
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, payment application (check, ACH, credit card), and customer account maintenance across multiple entities and ERP systems
* Manage customer collections, including proactive follow-up, negotiation of payment arrangements, and escalations to third-party collections as needed
* Monitor and report on aged receivables, driving timely resolution of past-due accounts
* Review and validate billing registers to ensure accuracy and proper revenue recognition
* Provide timely and accurate cash forecasting, reporting weekly to finance leadership
* Coordinate new customer onboarding, including credit checks, account setup, and communication of payment terms
* Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger, including intercompany AR transactions
* Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and support internal/external audit requests
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve disputes and improve AR processes
* Participate in and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes
* Review and assess customer credit limits, coordinating with other sites and finance teams to ensure alignment
* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain AR policies and procedures documentation
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
* Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
* Solution-focused with a flexible, hands-on approach to managing workload and team responsibilities
* Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience required; familiarity with M2K, Infor, or Navision is a plus

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company's asset records. * Complete daily inventory transactions for all products used, linking them to the proper accounts
* Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery

Skills and Qualifications:
* Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and will be compensated for overtime
* Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and may occasionally be required to lift up to 125 pounds

Major Responsibilities:

Refueling of gasoline or diesel, oil, water levels for equipment and forklifts
Cleaning and servicing of small air tools, small electric tools, and bulk rental items Occasional repainting of equipment and re-scribing of equipment numbers
General safety knowledge and operation of walk-behind and ride-on equipment shop forklifts for moving of stationary and tow-behind equipment
Cleaning warehouse and yard by sweeping shop floors, rearranging equipment or using tools/equipment to clean the yard.

The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the activities of the receiving team, strategizing logistics plans, and collaborating with other departments to meet company-wide objectives.
Responsible for promoting a Safety Culture throughout the Facility
Managing and scheduling the work activities of the receiving team.
Ensuring that inbound receipts are processed promptly and stored correctly.
Maintaining records of all incoming shipments.
Ensuring products are stocked correctly and inventory levels are maintained.

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and directing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods and items.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
* Receives, counts, and stores all material assigned to Warehouse
* Marks, prices, and stocks all items in proper locations
* Pulls and delivers requisitions from stock to the departments
* Checks all materials received for possible damage, leakage or theft
* Stocks shelves and rotates stock to maintain integrity of all products
* Maintains constant check on temperatures of freezers and chill boxes
* Takes inventory of material stored in all Warehouses and maintains inventory locations for all Warehouse items
* Keeps all areas of Warehouse clean and free of safety hazards
* Properly completes all Warehouse paperwork
* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
* Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience and/or a combination of work experience and education
* Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach lifts, and other equipment used in warehouse operations
* Must have a valid Florida Driver's license in good standing with no exemptions, suspensions, revocations, etc...
* Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures as dictated by the warehouse managers
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, compute ratio, rate and percent

Work Environment:
* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be faced-paced with excessive noise. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
