Develop and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce errors. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, apparel, or sporting goods. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in custom sports apparel, uniform production, or e-commerce fulfillment. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles specific to athletic products.
