Pay/Benefits:
The expected pay range for this role is $85K - $105K per year. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 3+ years of previous management experience in warehouse/distribution environment.
* Fleet Management and driver supervision experience (preferred).
* Experience and knowledge with applicable federal regulations pertaining to the company's business operations including OSHA and DOT regulations.
* Strong computer skills. Previous WMS experience preferred.
* Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements
Basic level English - Read/write/speak/listen.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and afterhours as needed.
Must be able to drive a stand-up reach forklift and sit-down forklift.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Work efficiently both independently and in a team.
Adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
High School Diploma required.
2+ years of warehouse or relevant experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills
Basic mathematical knowledge - combining/converting measurements, counting inventory, weight, etc.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with operational equipment (e.g. forklifts, RF scanners) preferred.
Demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse safety procedures.
Knowledge of Japanese foods and liquors a plus
