Work Schedule: 4-day/10-hour work week. 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Shift Differential: Employees working the second shift will receive an additional $1.50 per hour in addition to their base hourly rate. Overtime: The goal is to limit overtime, but it is a reality in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials in accordance with company procedures. Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization. Pick and issue materials accurately to production or shipping areas. Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems. Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly. Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements. Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role. Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems. Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Key Metrics and Focus Areas: Accuracy of material transactions and inventory records. Timeliness of material picking and issuing. Compliance with safety and quality procedures. Physical Requirements / Essential Functions: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift materials. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity to identify parts and labels. Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools. Use of standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts. Compensation: This is a non-exempt position. Compensation is determined by work experience in warehouse operations, education, and prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
