OVERVIEW: Coordinates warehouse inventory, assists in material audits, updates warehouse data base. Coordinates/schedules movement of storage inventory. Utilizes best practices following standard operating procedures and reference aids, continuously looking for areas of improvement and communicating suggestions to leadership as appropriate. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Maintain item records and utilize reports for warehouse material status. Ensure shipments, materials received and inventory accuracy. Schedule pick up of materials at clients warehouse facilities. Accurately and clearly labels containers or shelves to properly identify all materials. Maintain monthly inventory by conducting monthly physical counts. Fulfill and stage material orders as needed by Construction. Keep IES inventory levels (min-max) accurate. Maintain high standards of service with internal staff and external clients. Check in and out equipment or tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA procedures and practices. Keep IES yard organized and clean. Perform other duties as assigned. Must possess a valid CA DL.
