Organize and maintain returned product and non-conformance inventory to accurate reflect counts. Responsible for processing through completion. Load/unload freight and/or packages from delivery/pickup vehicles; this may require employee to work overtime to receive the last truck. Liaison between the shipping staff, internal departments, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. Arranges transportation schedules with carriers. Use appropriate packaging materials to ensure all products/parts are properly packaged to prevent damage and/or loss. Complete pre-packaging and/or final packaging of customer orders.
