Overview: Our client, a nonprofit organization fighting against hygiene poverty in the state of Colorado, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager. This position will oversee the organization and efficient operation of the newly established warehouse, including layout design, inventory management, and coordinating deliveries. This role involves implementing best practices for stock control, ensuring OSHA compliance, and conducting safety audits. The manager will act as a liaison for departmental product needs, support deliveries to Colorado agencies, and assist with volunteer coordination and guest interactions. Responsibilities:
Oversee the continued setup and organization of the warehouse
Review workflow and storage efficiency
Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized and adheres to safety and compliance standards
Continue to establish and implement best practices for inventory control, including stock rotation and space optimization
Create and maintain an inventory system to track all goods from intake to distribution, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Manage warehouse inventory to monitor item flow and maintain accurate records
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including receiving donations, sorting inventory, and preparing goods for distribution

This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or the General Manager, depending on local requirements.
Essential Functions:
* Provides excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise and supplies to stores
* Complies with delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently processes deliveries
* Executes ticketing process according to Company standards
* Accurately and efficiently stocks shipments
* Pulls, prepares, and processes daily orders according to requisitions generated by the stores
* Reviews orders for accuracy
* Utilizes computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations
* Assists in the transportation of orders and returns between the warehouse and stores (where
applicable)
* Identifies damaged and expired products
* Implements product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse and concepts
* Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch
* Assists in all maintenance responsibilities and activities established by the warehouse
* Maintains fixtures and equipment storage
* Assists with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process
* Maintains HACCP charts, walk-in coolers and freezers (where applicable)

The PM Dock Lead is responsible for leading and supporting dock team members during a specified shift to ensure freight is properly loaded and unloaded to facilitate on-time, error-free deliveries.
This position requires up to 5% travel.
Key Deliverables:

Support a team of dock team members, ensuring procedures and policies are being followed. Document interactions in a timely manner.
Train and develop freight handlers. Provide all team members with the tools and resources needed to be successful.
Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of all freight. Work with team member(s) to identify and rectify unsafe practices, document the interaction(s), and follow up as needed to ensure unsafe/unwanted performance does not repeat.
Print and label specific freight, input freight data and information into computer systems accurately.
Match manifest numbers to parcel numbers.
Assist in unloading and loading of freight as needed to support team.
Operate forklift to help sort and match freight to designated areas.
Safeguard cross-dock operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols.
Manage conflict and issue resolution between team members and/or customers as needed. Document in a timely manner and notify supervisor of situation.
Protect company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to client, team member, and proprietary company information.
