Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse personnel in all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, warehouse space management, receiving, intra-company product transfers, and customer service.
Manage and direct the receiving, handling, storing, and distribution of product.

Position/Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the execution of warehouse functions including material ordering, shipping, receiving, material management, staging, transporting, inventory maintenance and record keeping in a regulated environment. This position reports to the Manager of CTM Manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper flow of goods in and out of the facility, including raw materials and finished products, in accordance with the procedures.
* Order materials, maintain accurate physical and documented inventory of goods with proper logging procedures.
* Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished product as per storage requirements
* Timely, efficient packaging and shipping of clinical trial materials.
* Follow client's instructions for special needs such as temperature and time sensitive shipments, hazardous good shipments, etc.
* Stage materials as needed for sampling or manufacturing needs.
* Follow GMP/SOP procedures for receiving, logging, maintaining, disposing (expired), shipping of materials.
* Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support functions in Facilities and Manufacturing, etc.
Education, Experience & Skills Required:
* High School Diploma required at the minimum.
* Must be able to read, understand, and follow SOP's
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
* Self-motivated and, detail oriented, learner.
* Excellent organization and planning skills.
* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of basic manufacturing and supply chain preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in warehouse functions including material ordering, shipping, receiving, material management, staging transporting, inventory maintenance and record keeping in a regulated environment.
