What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Assocate/Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations of the Redmond, WAwarehouse and office facilities, leading a small but dedicated team to keep everything moving smoothly. You'll oversee Shipping & Receiving, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage warehouse workflows and office maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, train, and mentor the Shipping & Receiving team.

Summary:

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Inventory Control is to support the Inventory Management Supervisor through Inventory Control management of the warehouse floor and to facilitate effective warehouse operations through direction of Inventory Control staff, in accordance with operational priorities. This job also delegates work among the Inventory Control staff and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality. The Lead Associate, Inventory Control also communicates with customers outside the warehouse to communicate disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations to facilitate successful operational activities within the warehouse.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Receiving UPS/Freight trucks
Validate materials against Purchase Orders
Report freight damage and shortages
Stocking freight to warehouse locations
Improve warehouse cleanliness
General warehouse work
Safe forklift driving
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Ability to learn use of hand held scanners and operating systems
Good oral & written communication skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and teamwork focused
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
Warehouse environment
Ability to operate a forklift
Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
