What will I do?

Replenishes overages for zones 1 - 14.

Segregates totes on the conveyors and places each tote in the appropriate bin locations using the designation number at the top of the pick ticket.

Loads all components from the accumulation bins 1-10 onto a cart for each work order, placing all small items/component's in one bag.
Verifies all pages of the pick ticket and indicates the status in the ERP system as Ready/Waiting.
Moves carts to the appropriate area in the warehouse.
Receives the components' from each zone, annotates the license plate by crossing out the zone on the front of the license plate.
Places all expiration products with a red dot on the top shelf of each cart for visibility.
Places a license plate on the front and back of the accumulation cart to easily identify the work order/job/lot number from each end.
Writes or prints information from the computer on the status of work orders Ready/Waiting.
Compares identifying information and counts items in totes to verify information against generated labels produced by the ERP system.
Adds the Components Shortages Form to the front of the Device History Record (DHR).
Accumulators will stamp the right corner of the DHR folder with the accumulated date with the provided stamp. Writes the cart location, number of carts in the applicable line, circle Ready/Waiting.
Accumulator's are responsible for handling all missed accumulated items
Follows established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, and ensures a safe working environment.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties in each warehouse work area when needed.
Palletizer Duties:
Loads or unloads pallets using lift trucks and/or pallet jackets.
Prepares pallets for shipping by using the shrink-wrap machine.

Associates will verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. Associates will stack, package, shrink wrap, and label product(s). All quality control functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance All associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety. Associates are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Associates must also maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area, and assist in security of the warehouse. Associates will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.
Equipment Operation
In performing assigned duties the equipment used can include but is not limited to: sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, sweeper scrubber, scissor lift, cherry picker, Aisle Master or pallet jack.
Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems.
On a daily basis, associates will inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
Associates must maintain an active forklift certification.

Position Snapshot: The Forklift/Loader Operator is responsible for operating industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Operate loader or individual lift trucks of various sizes and weights to load, haul, and unload various equipment, materials, and supplies.

Responsible to correct errors/rejects coming from the scales.
Usage of EasyHMI during a change over and during the production order.
Responsible for troubleshooting machine issues and apply escalation process if needed.

Qualifications:
· Completed support to change over training.
· Completed SDPPL training.
· Good understanding and working knowledge of counting machine, material handling, manual table, production/line documentation, and process escalation.
