Perform and oversee daily operations to provide support to the District warehouse and inventory operations. • Process warehouse requisitions and purchase orders for delivery to District facilities. Ensure “pick tickets” are accurate, filled, packaged, and distributed. Maintain appropriate records and files within the warehouse electronic systems. [Daily, 35%]
• Perform daily inspection of equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) to ensure safe operability and document/report any required maintenance. [Daily, 5%]
• Ensure warehouse personnel inspect and monitor vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate daily records, including any required maintenance, for compliance with the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado, and District regulations. [Daily, 3%]
• Maintain proficiency with all security, safety, and associated requirements including handling, maintaining, shipment, and safety of foodstuffs. [Quarterly, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential Functions

Perform extensive snow shoveling and other physically demanding skills.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Work effectively at high elevations, and function effectively in extreme cold weather and in other inclement weather conditions.
Ability to ski or snowboard is helpful but not required.
Must complete the Loveland Lift Department Training Program.

Continually monitor the lift machinery for any abnormal or unusual conditions that may adversely affect the safety of the operation. Notify the Supervisor and assist appropriate personnel of any suspect issues.
Respond to and communicate with appropriate personnel and departments as concerns, issues or emergency situations arise so that they are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.

Opening and closing duties include but are not limited to terrain maintenance such as raking, shoveling, moving snow, lift and guest walkways, staging/storing tubes, and putting up all required signs and fencing.
Check for proper ramp height, lift line and tubing lane conditions to allow efficient ingress, egress, and lane usage.

• Process warehouse requisitions and purchase orders for delivery to District facilities. Ensure “pick tickets” are accurate, filled, packaged, and distributed. Maintain appropriate records and files within the warehouse electronic systems. [Daily, 25%]
• Issue bulk mailing permits to authorized agencies, obtain account numbers, and send billing information to appropriate District staff. Process and deliver mail and other District courier needs. Maintain records of all mailings, including films and educational material. [Daily, 15%]
• Perform daily inspection of equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) to ensure safe operability and document/report any required maintenance. [Daily, 5%]
• Inspect and monitor vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate daily records, including any required maintenance, for compliance with the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado, and District regulations. [Daily, 3%]
• Maintain proficiency with all security, safety, and associated requirements including handling, maintaining, shipment, and safety of foodstuffs. [Quarterly, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The Lift Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
An operator shall be in charge of the aerial lift operation; operate chair lift machinery for the reasonably safe loading and unloading of all chair lift users at the assigned lift station; ensure that operation is in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and other company, state (CPTSB) and federal regulations.
The duties of the individual designated as the operator include; to be knowledgeable of operational and emergency procedures and the related equipment needed to perform the assigned duties; to assume responsible charge of the aerial lift.
Act as lead personnel at the assigned lift station to ensure proper coverage and smooth operation of the entire process at said station.
An operator may serve concurrently as an attendant if the additional role doesn't interfere with the duties of the operator and is approved by the Manager/Supervisor.
Oversee and participate in the maintenance of appropriate snow levels throughout the entire lift station area, including walking surfaces.
Address lift users, guests and fellow employees in a friendly, courteous and respectful manner at all times. Work as a team with other members of the Lift Operations department to provide exceptional service.
Deny access to the lift to any person using procedures and criteria provided.
Continually monitor the lift machinery for any abnormal or unusual conditions that may adversely affect the safety of the operation. Notify the Supervisor and assist appropriate personnel of any suspect issues.
Respond to and communicate with appropriate personnel and departments as concerns, issues or emergency situations arise so that they are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Provide fair and nondiscriminatory input as requested by departmental management regarding staff performance so that an accurate review may be written.
Assist with emergency situations, i.e... lift evacuations…etc., as called upon by management.
Maintain an operational log and document incidents as necessary in a clear and articulate manner.
Verify that the preoperational inspection has been completed and documented before public operation. Start the lift while operating for the public.
Assist in performing opening and/or closing procedures at the tubing park, working in conjunction with other personnel.
Rake and maintain tubing park ingress and egress areas for a neat appearance, and the reasonably safe and comfortable use by our guests
Opening and closing duties include but are not limited to terrain maintenance such as raking, shoveling, moving snow, lift and guest walkways, staging/storing tubes, and putting up all required signs and fencing.
Check for proper ramp height, lift line and tubing lane conditions to allow efficient ingress, egress, and lane usage.
Monitor tubing park operations and the amount of tubes sent down a lane.
