What you'll be doing:
As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following six areas:
Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Warehouse Porter: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Warehouse Replenishment: You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: You will confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages. You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues. You will be manually unloading trucks and palletizing products. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Shipping: You'll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You'll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.

Our Warehouse Associate (Corrugate Recycler) position performs the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
Utilize a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large trash boxes/bins) and replace them with empty gondolas within assigned areas
Transport and place full corrugate gondolas into the baler or compactors located in a designated area in the warehouse (training will be provided)
Ensure the areas around all gondolas are free of debris and trash
Dust, mop, and sweep around trash receptacle areas to keep traffic areas free of trash and debris
Must keep traffic areas (“Green Mile” walking areas) free of debris at all times to ensure safety for all
Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas for tidiness
Other janitorial duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements for our Warehouse Associate / Corrugate Recycler Positions:
Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75+ lbs.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
Able to push and pull manual pallet jacks loaded with trash/cardboard consistently
Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift

Summary:

Interior of the trucks must be kept clean, organized, and safely maintained.
Complies with all DOT requirements and company policy regarding safety and compliance;
Pre-plans deliveries and routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timing deadlines;
Manifests jobs in the sequence of order delivery to ensure prompt notifications to our customers;
Compares paperwork with product on truck to ensure accuracy of orders;
Inspects and secures all loads on truck;
Responsible for loading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) onto trucks, including items such as boxes, ladders, strut, etc.
Responsible for hand unloading and delivering products/orders to specified job sites as part of a multi-stop route;
Taking pictures of deliveries made using Innovo phone app.
Makes note of any discrepancies and report them to the Warehouse Manager as soon as possible.
Responsible for promptly picking up any return product (as needed) and ensuring that the product is delivered to the appropriate department for processing.
Qualifications
Skills: Technical Qualifications/Experience
A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred;
Experience with RF devices is a plus;
Experience with forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification;
Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up truck to 2- ton/5-speed flatbed diesel truck;
Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.

The Core Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of a machine that cuts material in preparation for a Moulder.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Setup and changeover the Core Machine for daily operation including adjusting heads, jointing and machine controls.
* Work efficiently to streamline work processes and reduce downtime.
* Troubleshoot machine and equipment problems.
* Use calipers to perform periodic quality checks on product.
* Understand grades, sizes and quality control measures.
* Promote teamwork by assisting other crew members with their duties as needed to ensure quality and production targets are met.
* Train others to perform the responsibilities of a Core Machine Operator.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Basic mechanical abilities.
* Basic computer skills.
* Basic math skills.
* Ability to read digital calipers and tape measure.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical manufacturing environment. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is moderate to high depending on the area of the mill. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. Requires close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and is regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme hot and cold temperatures.

This position is responsible for operating a variety of machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The roles are including but not limited to Automat Operator, Bailing Operator, Labelling Operator, Knitting Operator, Lamination Operator, Applicator Operator, Slitting Operator, Wicketer Operator, Converting Operator, Ink Technicians, and Print Press Assistants.
Essential Duties:
• Operate various machines and equipment to manufacture products according to established procedures and quality standards
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure that they are functioning correctly
• Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lift Operator is a full time/part time seasonal winter position, in which you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests and staff while loading, riding, and unloading the chairlifts and conveyor according to all protocols. This position is located at Brundage Mountain Resort and at the Brundage Mountain Activity Barn.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be ready to work at any position on all chair lifts or conveyor on any given day.
Properly fill out required daily paperwork.
Communicate the needs of the lift to your Lead Operator, such as the need for daily lift logs, tools, and snow blower fuel.
Must be able to follow directions to help keep the lift area maintained.
Will help the lift shacks stay clean and garbage free daily.
Proper daily set up and tear down of lift lines.
Know what your own body needs to stay fed, hydrated, dry, and warm up when needed.
Be ready to learn and work diligently to support your team.
Able to answer questions and educate guests on resort policies and procedures
Escalate guest complaints or concerns directly to a supervisor or manager.
Activity Barn specific responsibilities:
Send/push individuals or groups of people down tube lanes in snow tubes while ensuring guest safety.
Manage and maintain the safety of the guests at lane crossings.
Instruct guests in proper snow tube use.
