Perform pre-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues. Check products for damage after loading and ensure goods are properly secured for transportation. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations, maintaining a positive company image. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling financial transactions to ensure accurate and secure money collection. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Follow company escalation procedures for reporting and resolving issues, damages, or complaints efficiently. Record any product damage during transit or unloading, including detailed descriptions and photos if necessary. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma Must be capable of obtaining certification to operate power equipment. Must have a valid DOT physical card and a valid Class C driver's license. Must have a thorough grasp on the DOT rules and regulations regarding driving hours of service. No DUI or License suspensions in the last 5 years.
