What You'll Do
Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System
Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues
Accurately identify units for storage or shipment
Work at heights of 30ft and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift
Be cross trained and required to work in other departments as needed
Perform additional tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
Minimum of 6 months of cherry picker experience. Must be comfortable with heights (30 ft.)
Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.
Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
Strong, consistent work ethic.
Comfort with scanning technology.
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support warehouse projects, including completing inventories, preparing, picking, packing of various event equipment, supplies, and product, etc.; including but not limited to facility supplies, merchandise, uniforms, product, first aid/medical supplies, equipment and tools, etc.
Loading/unloading, delivery and receiving of equipment, product, and supplies at warehouses and event sites;
Support management of company fleet (cars, trucks, trailers, carts), ensuring fleet is prepared, delivered and staged for operation at event sites;

Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, stopping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work both inside and outside.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds;
During events, working in a high-paced and time sensitive environment; exposed to various outside elements.
Expected Work Location & Schedule
Work is performed in warehouse and outdoor event site settings. The CEM Warehouse is located in Bellwood, Illinois. Event sites are located throughout Chicago.
Schedule is typically 40 hours per week distributed Monday through Friday;
Around events, schedule is anticipated to exceed 40 hours per week, with early morning, evening, and/or weekend work expectations.
