This role ensures continuous, efficient, and safe production by operating shredders, dewatering presses, mixers, plodders, cutters, and stampers used in the recycling and reforming of collected materials. The operator will be cross trained across both the soap and plastic recycling processes to maximize production output, ensure product quality, and maintain machine reliability. Key responsibilities (not limited to) Soap Recycling Line · Operate soap recycling equipment including mixers, refiners/plodders, cutters, and stamping machines. · Monitor feedstock consistency and adjust machine settings for optimal throughput and bar quality. · Inspect and maintain soap recycling machinery, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency. · Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed. · Maintain accurate production logs and follow daily batch production schedules. · Adhere to quality control and safety procedures during all stages of soap reformation.
