LogFret seeks an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join. The Warehouse Clerk must have extensive knowledge on the job and work experience with logistics support. As a Warehouse Clerk, youll ensure operations run seamlessly in our fast-paced, warehouse facilities. This role has two aspects, and your ability to adapt to each will demand flexibility and a can-do attitude.
About the Role
Being a Warehouse Clerk takes a lot of character. It calls for someone who enjoys working with people and has the enthusiasm and a fantastic service too.
You will work as part of a small team at the company headquarters, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Both full-time and part-time roles are available, where you will be required to work 20-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Communicate key metrics to management and warehouse staff.
Properly package each box for accurate disposition, correct labeling for delivery.
Work with corporate buyers to ensure purchase order accuracy.
Create distribution orders within Warehouse Management System.
Individually scan each box out of the database to maintain inventory control.
Keeps work area clean and organized.
Clocking in at the location and at the correct time.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma preferred.
Ability to successfully multi-task, works efficiently, and meets deadlines.

The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. This is a general labor position that will prioritize and pick product to fill orders, and physically move and lift product weighing as much as 150 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse.
* Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts
* Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc. and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading
* Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow
* Load and unload delivery trucks - Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds.
* Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required.
* Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building; keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse
* Prioritize and pick materials for order fulfillment, staging them for loading.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage

Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
