What Success Looks Like:
* Accountable for stocking and the handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods into warehouse.

Key Roles
Work Tickets are efficiently and accurately pulled and staged for the welding department.
Locate difficult parts through experience, observation, and available resources (MAS).
Verify parts description and quality of parts pulled.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pull work tickets orders and verify on MPD if incomplete.
Inspect and verify accurate parts for completion of order.
Reports critical obstacles to department supervisor for planning purposes.
Safely Operate Forklift or Rolling Ladder to pick order/put away parts to proper location.
Loads and unloads product from trucks while demonstrating efficient time management and always focus on details.
When stocking to and pulling from shelves match ID to other parts in the same location.
Follow daily inventory control procedures and participate in inventory counts when needed.
Work closely with management to learn and develop the best practices and procedures and find ways to increase productivity.
Clearly identify and label all incoming products that are in the inventory system. Date/parts /Qty/Initial.
Ensure proper lifting techniques; including proper hoist usage, asking for assistance, or any other measure to ensure safe lifting techniques are completed.
Keeps a neat and clean work environment.
Wear proper safety gear where required, for example, safety glasses and steel-toed boots.

For over 100 years, Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. The Machine Operator will operate computerized equipment to form precision metal parts. Machines will consist of rollers, presses and plasma tables.
The shift will run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 12-hour days (6:00am-6:30pm). Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 as long as specific conditions are met!
Essential Functions:
Safely operates equipment designed to move, roll, press, or cut plate steel.
Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, and other project specifications, then identifies and inputs the commands and data needed for computer-controlled machinery to manufacture the tools, parts, or products required.
Recognizes when automatic programming is faulty, or when the machine is malfunctioning or in need of maintenance, and modifies feed, speed, cutting tools, or controls of the machine to correct the issue.
Monitors control panel displays and machine operation and detects malfunctions and errors by comparing readings to actual specifications.
Calculates the proper speed and feed ratios for machines, as well as the size and position of cuts necessary.
Adjusts cutting programs as needed during operation; saves revised versions of programs as needed for future use.
Ensures work pieces are lubricated and cooled correctly throughout machine operation.
Ensures machines run in a safe and efficient manner by adding attachments, aligning pieces, securing fixtures, or replacing broken or dull parts.
Uses hoists, crane, or personal strength to lift work pieces to machines.
Measures finished pieces with precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure they meet order specifications.
Corrects production errors or machine malfunctions by conferring with supervisors and programmers; obtains approval to continue production after correction is made.
Maintains, cleans, and repairs machines.
Adheres to all safety rules and guidelines.

This complex has a wood yard with rail access and two buildings both with the ability to unload/load Boxcar's and trailers. We run both electric stand up lifts (crown) and sit down propane powered forklifts with clutch brakes. We also use a variety of attachments for our propane powered forklifts, like slipsheet and clamps of various sizes. The current opening is for working inside of our temperature controlled warehouse.
GENERAL DUTIES
Warehouse workers perform a variety of duties to include but not be limited to:
Unloading/loading of trucks with forklift
Picking orders with forklift or by hand
Packing orders
Counting/Inventory
Moving/Stacking/Organizing product in warehouse
Cleaning Warehouse and Equipment as needed/required
Daily fork lift inspection
Any duty required to keep the warehouse OSHA/AIB compliant (weekly/daily/month forms, pest control checking, cleaning, etc.)
Warehouse workers will be required to learn how to operate a variety of machinery in order to complete the work. Some examples are: propane sit down forklift, various attachments for the lifts(slipsheet, clamp), electric stand up lift, pallet jack and automated pallet wrapper. Nordica will provide training for all equipment.
