About the Role
The Order Picker plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by accurately picking and building retail orders, safely operating material handling equipment, and ensuring materials are stored, staged, and shipped efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Driving Results:
Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders to meet daily production or shipping goals

What background should you have?
1+ years of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment with hands-on order picking responsibilities
1+ years of Forklift operating experience
Ability to accurately pick, move, and stage materials in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with basic problem-solving skills to identify errors or material issues
Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs.) and remain on your feet for extended periods

What Will You Do?
The Parts Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through meticulous and timely processing for daily parts receipts, RGAs, vendor claims, and return transfers from other warehouse locations. As well as maintaining an organized and picking efficient inventory.

Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of parts deliveries via small package, LTL and Wesco trucks
Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of returns from customers and will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all RGAs are being handled quickly and accurately
Responsible for receipt and processing of all inbound stock transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
Responsible for maintaining an accurate and organized RGA shelf for returned items pending vendor claims or location assignment
Responsible for maintaining and locating special customer ordered product as well as newly stocked product (NOLO)
Responsible for prompt put-away and location assignment of all received product
Responsible for weekly processing of vendor claims
Responsible for scrapping inventory as directed

Job Description:
Overview
Operates a rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractor with an attached scoop type bucket on front end. Machine is used to load materials from stockpiles, excavation, charging batch plants, loading and unloading tricks. May be used with attachments in lieu of the bucket.
Job Duties
* Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operatemachines
* Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials
* Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, equipment, workers, and falling objects
* Perform maintenance procedures on equipment such as oiling, greasing, and other service to the machine
* Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment
* Other unlisted duties will be assigned
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
* Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
* Move throughout a construction jobsite which includes minor obstacles including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds
* Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
* Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
* Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
