The Parts Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through meticulous and timely processing for daily parts receipts, RGAs, vendor claims, and return transfers from other warehouse locations. As well as maintaining an organized and picking efficient inventory.

Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of parts deliveries via small package, LTL and Wesco trucks
Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of returns from customers and will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all RGAs are being handled quickly and accurately
Responsible for receipt and processing of all inbound stock transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
Responsible for maintaining an accurate and organized RGA shelf for returned items pending vendor claims or location assignment
Responsible for maintaining and locating special customer ordered product as well as newly stocked product (NOLO)
Responsible for prompt put-away and location assignment of all received product
Responsible for weekly processing of vendor claims
Responsible for scrapping inventory as directed
Responsible for keeping organized and detailed files for all RGAs, vendor claims and stock transfers

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Loader Operator to join our Ready-Mix Concrete team in Tampa, FL. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely load material from stockpiles and maintain the plant/yard appropriately.
Responsibilities
• Safely operate the site loader in moving materials, and ensuring materials are properly stored.
• Ensure all irrigation systems are operable & appropriately hydrating the various aggregates.
• Ensure plant/yard housekeeping is appropriate to include shoveling, sweeping, and washing down the yard frequently.
• Ensure all appropriate EPA guidelines are followed and yard up to appropriate regulatory standards.
• Assist Plant Supervisor with monthly inventory.
• With direction from Plant Supervisor, coordinate the traffic flow of the yard.
• Ensure haulers are placing materials in appropriate areas.
• Ensure haulers are rendering tickets in the batch house.
• Assist maintenance team with plant repairs.
• Must be able to travel within delivery area to other plant locations.
• Ensure plant bins are fully loaded with appropriate materials during batching hours of operation.
• Properly maintain the loader, i.e., grease all fittings, keep fuel level full, perform daily mechanical inspections, report issues.

Overview
Operates a rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractor with an attached scoop type bucket on front end. Machine is used to load materials from stockpiles, excavation, charging batch plants, loading and unloading tricks. May be used with attachments in lieu of the bucket.
Job Duties
* Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operatemachines
* Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials
* Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, equipment, workers, and falling objects
* Perform maintenance procedures on equipment such as oiling, greasing, and other service to the machine
* Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment
* Other unlisted duties will be assigned
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required

Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
