    As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, managing a team, and maintaining safety and organization. You will take the lead during inventory cycle counts, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that jobs are ready for pickup. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. · Oversee the pick, pack, load, and unload process, ensuring proper handling of materials and that all items are handled according to safety protocols. · Ensure all jobs are prepared and ready for pickup, including verifying that all items are correctly packed, labeled, and organized. · Take the lead in conducting inventory cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock levels, and managing the reconciliation of any discrepancies. · Manage the receiving and checking-in process for returned merchandise, inspecting items for damage and properly sorting and restocking. · Organize and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to their destination within the warehouse, maintaining accurate product locations. · Oversee basic in-house maintenance of company vehicles, performing routine safety checks and minor repairs as needed. · Repair rental hardware and build sales hardware, including custom items such as plate boxes, hampers, and other warehouse products. · Perform basic carpentry tasks, including building and repairing pallets, stanchions, and other wooden items as required. · Ensure that warehouse staff are operating properly and following procedures to maintain safety and efficiency. · Demonstrate flexibility by managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing business needs. · Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders and the smooth operation of the warehouse. · Maintain clear and open communication with team members, other departments, and management regarding the status of operations and projects. · Provide leadership and training to new employees on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that adheres to all safety standards. · Ensure the implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for warehouse activities. QUALIFICATIONS: · Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; or 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. · Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English, including reading and interpreting documents such as packing lists, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Bilingual is a plus. · Strong written communication skills for preparing reports and correspondence. · Proficiency in using warehouse machinery and tools, including pallet jacks and forklifts. · General carpentry skills and the ability to perform repairs on warehouse items. · Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. · Customer Service Skills: Exceptional service delivery with a professional demeanor. · Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the business needs of the live event industry. · Basic computer and email skills for communication and inventory management. · Strong attention to detail and safety awareness to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards. · Ability to adapt to seasonal fluctuations in workload and assist other departments as needed.
